Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at The Degree near UNLV because my plans have changed and I won’t be attending UNLV.
It’s a fully furnished 2 bed/2 bath (B2 layout) with in-unit laundry, a gym, study lounges, and it’s within walking distance of campus.
Rent is $1,105/month, and the lease begins around August 2026.
