Need visually impacting habit trackers.

Hi guys.

https://youtu.be/u\\\_DfrP-oaRQ

My journey starts with this video talking about the 3-5-1 method. 3 habits, 5 rules, 1 project.

I've been testing and implementing habits for a while now.

And then i came across this video. Ordered the book soon after and i'm now reading it.

As the title says, i need very visually impacting habit trackers. Something where my "eyes fall off to" (so that i pay attention to it everyday when i wake up) and satisfying to "complete" at the same time.

I've had charts in mind. Nifty, yeah. But how do i encapsulate everything i want in charts?

Here's a list of everything i want to track:

  1. getting 5-10 mins of sunlight in the morning when i wake up

  2. brushing teeth + skin care routine (in the morning but idk when)

  3. reading before bed (i'll start with 10-15 mins and increase it with time)

4th point is a bit hard to explain, so bear with me:

  1. i have a list of tasks. what i mean by tasks is "what my brain has running in the background". whenever we don't do something we promise to do or are attracted to it stays in the unconscious part of the brain and takes cognitive capacity throughout the day.

this list is pretty long and i would like to... do everything in it. it'd give me relief, direction. there's some stuff i already cut out because i need to complete the previous steps first.

my previous therapist told me it looks like an "anxiety list". i still don't know how to process this information, because it could very well be. but i asked myself, what if, for once, i finish businesses in my head that take resources and energy. what then?

what i wanna focus in my chart is me working on tasks... and idk how to make it visually impacting.

  1. i have a horrible screen addiction. 8-10+ hours a day. very bad. i'd like to lower it.

how do i make this visually appealing?

  1. i have a project i'd like to work on. how do i track that?

TLDR: i need visually appealing and impactful templates for charts or any other method to track my habits and respect the rules (first video) i'm gonna live by.

thank you for taking the time to read! hope you can help me.
