International money transfer advice

Hello everyone,
I need to pay an article processing charge for a journal publication, the only option is an international bank transfer to the journal’s bank account in Indonesia. My bank doesn't offer this service, but my brother may be able to do it through his bank account. Does anyone know how long this procedure would take? i need it done ASAP. Another option would be to ask my uncle in Europe to make the transfer. Would that be faster?
