A suggestion that is not dry protection

What if once you hit the drop rate the game does a little simulation and spits out a notification that says, you will get x drop at y kc. And at that kc you are guaranteed the drop.

This would not prevent you from getting it before, as each kill still rolls the full drop table.

Yes I am stuck in red prison at 550ish kc and want to know when my sentence will end.
