Is my 25m gf 23f cheating on me?

Hey guys,

So basically, I’ve been with her for 6 years now. To give context before anything- I’ve been cheated on before, I have trust issues, used to smoke heavily and am prone to having paranoia in the past.

I’ve noticed smells of perfume, location going rogue, random tell tales (using same language as someone I know), seeing a tote bag in the guys house of a brand she loves, bobby pins she uses (they are pretty common), and a bunch of other random coincidences.

Nothing like solid proof at all, no texts (I’ve regrettably looked), or calls or anything else.

Am I tripping? feel I’m going crazy even tho my gut tells me it happened. There’s no way of finding out and I’ve exhausted the convo with her. She doesn’t give those vibes to be honest either. Pls help!!!
