Build the Arks - PS5 Trophy bug (base game)

Anyone else on PS5 finding the trophies related to building the arks aren't popping?

Specifically: Provide More/We Needed That/The Mission Comes First/Exceed All Expectations

I built all five on my first playthrough, not realising they hadn't popped at all until after I'd finished the game.

Second playthough, and Provide More hasn't unlocked after building the second one.
