Diaper Rash?

Hi! I am new to the cloth diaper world. I bought some Nora’s Nursery pocket diapers for my 12lb baby and was liking them, however my issue is that after using them for a day my baby breaks out into diaper rash pretty bad. I then have to go back to disposables and use desitin to help clear it. I’ve probably only used the cloth diapers for a total of 3 days now? And I feel like I’m changing her pretty regularly every 2-3 hours or sooner if she poops…she has sensitive skin (eczema) so I’m wondering if there’s something different I should be trying? What is everyone doing for their sensitive skin babies? What about preventing diaper rash?
