[Android][more than 10 years ago] game about fighting aliens with water

the game from more than ten years ago iirc

So you are a child. At the start of the game you see an animated cutscene in comic style where your father astronaut returns with some kind of virus and infects some family members. Later you with your freinds find out that if you shoot some with water they'll be cured or killed i dont really remember. Game had also some stylized levels that looked like heads of your family members. You had certian amount of ¿moves? to shoot infected ones at the time. Funky thing, from some quest or task you could walk to backyard and see a dog in it's house and if you exit and go back to backyard it will change poses

the game was not in dark but more in childish bright pallet and had not too scary aliens
