Should I buy this 2021 Grand Cherokee summit with 97,000 miles?

I am considering buying a Cherokee summit. The dealer has it up for 25,000. Car fax says it’s worth 28,000 from a dealer. But when I do kelly blue book it says it’s only worth like 20,000. Is 25,000 a good deal with 97,000 miles, or should I just steer away from this one. It only has 1 owner and is in super good condition
