I feel miserable and scared

I said in my deleted post, but last week I woke up with severe stomach pain, threw up, and went to urgent care who said that I should taper off mounjaro which I was already gonna do because I've reached bmi 21 from bmi 30.5.

They put gastritis (?) on the letter to the GP, however after looking up my symptoms I'm scared that I had a gallbladder attack (biliary colic) and that I need to get my gallbladder removed because the severe pain ended on its own and liver enzymes were slightly high.

This probably sounds stupid to other people, but I live at home and don’t want my parents to find out about me getting my gallbladder removed or the fact that I went on a glp (I know they will judge). So I don't want to get surgery while I still live at home but I can't move out for the next few years. I'm now really worried I'm gonna die without getting my gallbladder removed and I just feel quite distraught and can't stop crying. Has anyone else in my situation not had their gallbladder removed?
