Help needed!

Hey, I’m new to the community and recently been speaking with a specialist to get diagnosed with dysautonomia. Does anyone have recommendations on where to start or medications/treatments that have helped?
He has advised I have an issue with one of the bones in my neck that doesn’t move, blood flow issues to my hands and feet, endometriosis, MCAS and a bowel issue causing lots of gas/constipation.

I have severe heart palpitations every day. Dizziness, vertigo and reflux. Bad environmental allergies.
