New Home Inspector Recommendations

Hi 3roots community. I hope this post is allowed as a non-resident. I'm purchasing a Lennar home in a different community in San Diego and was wondering if you had a great experience with your 3rd party home inspectors!

I'm looking for someone who might specialize in new-home inspections and what to look for in new builds. I had a home inspection in the past on my current home (not a new build) and didn't have a great experience. They missed a lot of obvious issues that could have been caught IMO.

Does anyone have any inspectors they recommend? Thank you in advance!
