Introducing r/AvoidantBpdBreakups! Here's what we're all about π
Welcome to r/AvoidantBpdBreakups π€
If you're here chances are you're carrying a lot of pain. Whether your relationship ended recently or years ago, you're not alone anymore.
This community is a safe place for people healing from relationships involving avoidant attachment, BPD, or the painful push-and-pull dynamic that can come with both. Our goal isn't to shame or blame anyone. It's to understand what happened, learn from our experiences, and most importantly, heal together.
Feel free to share:
Your story and what you've been through.
Questions about avoidant attachment, BPD, trauma bonds, or the breakup process.
Progress you've made in your healing journey.
Advice that helped you move forward.
Moments when you're struggling and just need people who understand.
We encourage kindness, empathy, and respectful discussion. Everyone's experience is different, and healing looks different for everyone.
This isn't a place to fuel hatred or encourage revenge. It's a place to find comfort, gain perspective, support one another, and remind each other that life does get better.
No matter where you are in your journey, we're glad you're here. Take your time, share when you're ready, and remember you don't have to heal alone. β€οΈ
