Visitor visa reconsideration

Hi all,

I asked for reconsideration because I felt like the agent didn’t check all my documents. I understand there is no processing time but my questions here are:

1- when you submit the reconsideration, do you follow up and how?
2- have you even been in a situation where when the application was reopened they requested additional documents?
