Any tips for tanking verzik during nado phase?

I don't have any issue tanking verzik before nados but once that phase starts it just feels very chaotic. I typically do 1:1 method during nado phase, usually run from one end to the next and repeat. I find it hard to not get meled while also watching nados. Is there a better strategy to tanking during nados? An optimal path to run to dodge nados and stay out of mele distance?
