Idk If I should enter bioinformatics field

I'm currently in high school(maths gimnasium) and my plan was to go to university and study bioinformatics bachelor studies and later master and phd degrees. Idk if I should do that bc a lot of people say that they can't find a job. I like math, biology, chemistry and programming(is okay for me) and I wanted to combine those into one field. Can anyone tell me if I should enter this field or recommend me something else?
