does this listing check out?

I have never bought a bike before and just got my license in November. I really have my heart set on a scrambler and came across this bike on marketplace. Does this all seem to check out, like would it be worth it to message the seller to see if I can take a look at the bike in person. I am afraid of getting scammed especially since the bike doesn't run. Please help 😭
