Recreating Drink Kong's Mojo Raisin

Hi everyone!

I would love your expertise on this. I recently went to Rome and had Drink Kong's Mojo Raisin, which is using liquors to make a chardonnay drink. Attached is a link of their ingredients from their menu.

Mojo Raisin

Tito's vodka, plymouth gin, green apple-kiwi cordial, white tea, lychee liqueur

I tried to recreate it with the following recipe but it's not still quite there yet. I would love any suggestions for how recreate it at home.

1 oz Vodka

1 oz Plymouth Gin

1/4 oz Lychee liqueur

1 oz white tea cordial

1oz  kiwi and apple juice

1oz white tea brewed 

Directions:

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Serve
