Looking for affordable apartments and/or homes

Hey guys! Me (22F) and my bf (26M) are looking for a decent place to live and i’m having a hard time finding good affordable apartments that aren’t just studios. We’ve both been feeling like it’s time to move out our parents and start our own lives and it’s kinda been hard finding something affordable, somewhat spacious, and something we both qualify for. We are both gamers and would absolutely love some space for our gaming pc’s. We’re currently near arden/rosemont area and would like to stay around here but we are open to Elk Grove or Rancho Cordova area.
