Urgent help

So like I need help. Genuinely how do I get a job. I've been thru so many applications I've been applying now like over a year. Even warehouse jobs don't want me and u don't know what to do. I live in sacramento. Who's hiring and actually hiring. I have my certifications for food and security and do have experience in costumer service and warehouse and security.
