What’s a small “Seattle thing” you only understand after living here?
I’ve noticed that every city has these little unwritten rules and habits that locals don’t even realize are unique. I’m not talking about the obvious stuff like rain, coffee, or traffic. I mean the random things that make someone think, Yep, this person has lived in Seattle for a while. Could be a neighborhood thing, a social habit, a local tradition, a place you’d never recommend to tourists, or something you wish someone had told you before moving here. What’s one small Seattle thing that surprised you when you first moved here?
