New Grad Job Offer- Family Medicine in moderate COL area

I have just received my first job offer and would love some extra eyes and opinions!

Outpatient family medicine in moderate COL area. Start as 8a-5p M-F, can go 8a-12p on F after 6 months. Once I’m running at full schedule, will see about 15 to 20 a day.

Base Compensation: $120,000
wRVU Compensation Factor: $30.00
CME: $2,500 annually and 5 days paid CME during guaranteed year only.
PTO/FTO: 19 days and 6 holidays (during guaranteed year only)
Quality Bonus: $15,000
