Looking for Advice About My Heart Symptoms

Hello,

I’m a 16-year-old , and I’ve been having episodes of a very fast heartbeat since I was young more than 162 .

When it happens, my heart starts racing strongly and it can last for a long time, sometimes up to a few hours. During these episodes, I feel dizzy, weak, and like I can’t breathe properly, which makes me anxious.

I had a basic heart check (ECG), and I was told everything looks normal, but the problem still happens.

I’m really worried and would like to understand what this could be, and if it’s something serious or panic attack i am truly confused also I had heart struggles when i was a little baby as mom said .

What scares me the most my grandma told me she had the same symptoms before and the doctor gave me the same medication my grandma took at first seeing a cardiologue just like me....
