packaging and authenticity card

hi i recently purchased a Lone Ones xs Chrome Bell from the LA store. i only received the item and a Lone Ones pouch. my friend was telling me i should have received a clear box as well as an authenticity card. i never purchased from Lone Ones or any second hand retailer so im not sure if that’s true. please advise 🙏
