Bird friendly apartments?

I'll be moving to Lincoln with my cockatiel, but none of the apartment complexes I've contacted allow pet birds.

He does function as an emotional support animal, even though I've never needed to document him as such. My doctor is willing to write a letter vouching for him.

Any recommendations for bird-friendly apartments?
