Francis Bourgeois video of him touring Big Boy last year?

In Francis Bourgeois latest video of him seeing big boy, he mentions and shows a clip of Ed giving him a tour of Big Boy in Cheyenne a year ago apparently. Somehow I can't find the full video of the clip he showed. I looked at his TikTok, Youtube etc and its nowhere to be found. Anyone know where it is or am I just blind?
