Help me decide it's urgent!!

Hello I'm a fresh grad of senior Highschool I currently have two offer on different companies and they're in different fields, one is semiconductor company while the other is bpo.

I've applied to this bpo company called iqor in dasma and got accepted, I will be starting my training tomorrow on july 22, the basic pay is around 14k which is too low based on the internet for 2026.

The total package is around 20k not exceeding that.

Then I've got an email saying that I'm considered for the role in this semiconductor company. July 22 will be the time of job offer discussion. My friend (who works there) told me as an trainee I will be earning ₱720 a day. and as an regular employee with overtime the daily rate will exceed ₱1000.

So help me guys to decide I'm a fresh grad and I don't know how this decision will affect my future career. here's the pros and cons of each.

Semiconductor:

pros -

\- Pagtapos sa isang machine mag operate mahaba pahinga

\- Makakakuha ng better oppurtunies in the long run (potentially abroad)

\- May shuttle

\- free uniform

\- 80 pesos allowance for food

\- malapit lang isang sakay (if naiwan ng shuttle)

cons -

\- masama ang semiconductor sa environment (charot)

\- mahirap daw mag resign sabi nila

\- physical exhaustion since nakatayo ka
