Does Fantano think Arctic monkeys are overrated?

I was listening to "leave before the lights come on" and im its a really well written song with good musical arrangement (good video as well).

Fantano hardly ever mentions Arctic Monkeys and when he does he seems quite disparaging about them?

Does he rate them but think they are overrated?
