If a guy is interested, what is usual span of time between messages?

How often do you chat with women you're interested in?

Daily? Every other day? Weekly?

The reason i'm asking, i'm interested in this guy i have been cjatting with for some days. We were on voice call last night. After we dropped the voice call i sent a message that did not get read so I assumed he muzt have been asleep.

Until now... It is npw 24 hrs the message is unread but his OLD is online.

Is it time for me to delete our chat and close it? Or is there a span of time where it os still reaspnable to resurrect... For example 3 days tben if after that its officially ghosted?
