She looks so sad, what can I do to help?

I've been trying to get into plants recently, but it hasn't been easy. Me and my wife bought a few plants that we thought looked cool to start out. One of them was this gorgeous Desert Rose, which has been looking sad for a week or two.
I've placed it in a peat + perlite substrate (probably not ideal, but it's what I had at the moment). I know I'm not supposed to water it too much, so I try to do it only when the substrate is really dry, but I'm open to suggestions.
I kept it on the garage but I noticed that it was getting at best 2h of direct sun, so I decided to put under a quantum bar with some other plants that I keep on a grow at ~600ppfd. I also bought specific mineral fertilizer for her (7-20-10+micro) but I haven't used yet.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Please be nice 👍
