What should I do after beating a hard demon?

I recently beat pg clubstep (weird choice I know (no i wasn't doing it for demon pack 11)) as my first hard demon, and I don't really know what to do next. Should I go straight into supersonic? Should I beat a few more hard demons? I need advice.
