31M | Delhi NCR | Looking for someone who feels like home
Never thought I’d be writing this post on Reddit, but life has a funny way of surprising us.
I’ve met amazing people through work, friends, and even dating apps, but sometimes timing isn’t on your side. Instead of waiting for chance to do all the work, I figured I’d give this community a shot.
So here goes my pitch for the best partner😅
**Age:** 31
**Location:** Delhi NCR
**Profession:** Marketing
**Education:** MBA from leading institute
**Diet:** Vegetarian
**Never married**
**About me**
I’m someone who enjoys building things whether that’s brands at work or meaningful relationships outside it. I don’t leave my special people
Marketing has given me the opportunity to work on products used by millions, solve interesting problems, and constantly learn something new. I genuinely enjoy what I do, but I don’t believe work should become your entire personality.
I’d describe myself as an ambivert. Around new people, I take a little time to open up. Once I’m comfortable though, conversations flow effortlessly from travel stories and terrible puns to psychology, spirituality , marketing, or simply debating which café serves the best pizza .
Outside work, you’ll usually find me planning my next trip, exploring cafés and restaurants, going on long drives with good music , and good movie nights on weekend
I enjoy experiences far more than possessions. I’d rather spend on a memorable trip than buy another
gadget
**What I value??**
Kindness
Consistency
Respect
I believe the strongest relationship begin with friendship. The kind where silence isn’t awkward, disagreements don’t become competitions, and both people genuinely celebrate each other’s wins
I’m close to my family, but I also believe every couple should build their own identity together
**What I’m looking for?**
Someone who is emotionally mature, kind, intellectually curious, and values honest communication
I ad mire women who are ambitious in whatever they choose to do, but who also understand that relationships thrive on partnership, not scorekeeping.
Shared hobbies are a bonus. Shared values matter far more.
I’d prefer someone who is vegetarian (or at least comfortable with it), family-oriented without being overly rigid, and believes that marriage is about growing together rather than fitting into predefined roles
Preference
- Age: Doesn’t matter if connection is good
- Location: Delhi NCR preferred, though I’m open if makes sense for both of us
- Intellectual and curious
- Professional: No preference, but would love if someone is into unique profession or into artistic things, medical or aviation
- Vegetarian
- Open minded and loves exploring , not too rigid with thoughts and open to discuss, adapt , learn and experience new things
- Doesn’t ghost after 1-2 conversations
- Looks: Would prefer someone cute and pretty smile
If you read all this while and anything of mind drawn your attention , feel free to reach out , will definitely make good memories and cherish laughters
If any part of this resonated with you, I’d genuinely love to hear your story. Tell me about the place you keep going back to, the hobby that makes you lose track of time, or simply what you’re looking forward to this year.
Who knows? Maybe this post ends up being the story we tell years later.
