Phone provider violating DNC list

Scam Number (Fake Giveaway)

1505 900 0770. I had a missed call from this number and returned it. An automated menu transferred me to a bhenchod with a South Asian accent saying he was with cellularphomes.com. If not a scam, then a business using overseas scam centers to circumvent the DNC list.
