Curie and Power/Shape-Changing Effects

I control a copy of [[Curie, Emergent Intelligence]] enchanted with an [[Ensoul Artifact]]. I then cast [[Phyrexian Dreadnought]], which resolves, and before its ETB trigger resolves I exile it using Curie's second ability. Is my Curie now a 12/12 creature, or is it still a 5/5 because of Ensoul Artifact?
