First ultrasound
SUPERFICIAL TISSUE ULTRASOUND
Superficial ultrasound examination performed with a linear probe revealed postoperative changes just below the left incision line, with localized calcification and dense edema in this area.
Slightly reactive lymph nodes, the largest measuring 15*6 mm, were detected in the left inguinal region, initially assessed as benign. Follow-up was recommended. PET CT was recommended for differential diagnosis if necessary, given the patient's history of testicular tumor.
And new one
On emergency superficial ultrasound examination:
A palpable hyperechoic lesion of approximately 6 mm in diameter, giving a dense acoustic shadow, is noted in the subcutaneous fat tissue along the incision line in the left inguinal region (gossipiboma?, postoperative fat tissue necrosis?).
Left testis not visualized (operated on).
B-mode imaging shows the right testis and epididymis to be of normal size and echogenicity. The contours of these structures appear regular, and no significant cystic or solid mass lesions are observed.
Scrotal fluid on the right side is within physiological limits.
RDUS examination shows normal blood supply to the right testicular parenchyma.
