Leaving money in my will to a YouTuber

Wills & Probate

(I live in England)

.

I want to leave a large sum of money in my will to somebody who on I know from YouTube. I will call her Kay. I have never met Kay in person, but I have interracted with her briefly online several times.

Basically I could explain the reasoning but it'll cause uneccessary complications. I have my reasons. I'm talking between about £10,000 to £200,000, it depends if I include property or not.

If I go to a solicitor, and am sound of mind, and request that I want money to go to Kay, would they write a legally-binding will for me?

Specifically, I would like to know -

What details would I have to provide about Kay? She has an easy-to-find large YouTube channel. I know her date of birth, surname, and the city she lives in. Kay has a business email address on her official website. I do not know her home address, phone number or middle name.

I guess I would be under no obligation to inform Kay of what I am doing, whist I am alive. Can somebody confirm this?

Upon my death, what happens? Does Kay have to be found and informed of the inheritace, by using all reasonable legal ways of contacing her? Then, of course, she would still have the option to turn down the inheritance.

I know this is an odd, unique subject to discuss, but please help.
