flickering nano or pico leds?

Greetings hive mind,

I'm trying to find a source for nano or pico LEDs that flicker like a candle (1.8mm MAX size preferably less than 1mm). I know Evan Designs has some but $3+ an led is a bit pricier than I want to pay (i need 10 to 15 for my current project). I was wondering if anyone could point me at another source? Bulk would be ideal as I will need many many more for other projects but my google fu (and ali express fu) is failing me. Any assistance would be appreciated.
