Whys the Career Mode experience still shit?

Transfers: AI clubs have unlimited funding, I don't want to see Hoffeinham, Crystal Palace, Parma, Venezia, Bilbao, Brighton, Brentford buying €150m players every window. I don't want to see big name players moving constantly.

AI player growth: There's no negative potential. No matter where they finish their players grow at a very fast rate. Just 3 seasons in you have teams like Stuttgart, Valencia, Lille, Sociedad, Leipzig etc have all 83+ players everywhere and after 6 seasons literally all teams have 85+ players everywhere.

Pregens and Regens: Concept is fine, execution is horrible. I don't want AI teams to just field a 18 year old Egyptian Winger who's automatically 92 rated or a 17 year old Belgian Goalie who's 94 overall.
