Spotify Widget/Lock Screen player just doesn't show up anymore.

This is becoming a very frustrating issue. Ever since their last major update where they introduced that stupid Now Bar that fucked my whole Lock Screen that I disabled, Spotify's media player just doesn't show up in my lock screen/notifications anymore. I've tried troubleshooting this for a while now but google just keeps redirecting me to go to menus that don't exist anymore.
