Help quick please

I desperately need to sleep, but cant because of the nausea that keeps waking me up. I recently upped my dose to 20mg. I took the medicine on an empty stomach, and now the nausea is way worse than before. My question is, can I do anything to immediately relieve the nausea? Does/can eating something help?
