Haemorrhoidectomy post ops experience

I did my surgery on 10 of july

Feeling painful on first day, the pain went down on second week

Now is day 14 I still feel anal spasm and irritable bowel every morning after I poop

Did anyone experience the same thing? Is it common?

How do I calm the irritable bowel?
