Scared of doing shot on myself

I started zepbound 2 weeks ago and I do my third shot on Sunday. The first two times my boyfriend has done it to me. It literally doesn’t hurt and I know what to expect but I am so scared of doing it to myself. Has anyone started with this fear and found little tricks to help? My boyfriend can’t help me every Sunday💔💔💔
