Vintage Eddie Bauer Sage Rod Value

I have the opportunity to buy an Eddie Bauer Edition Sage RPLXI 8 wt 3-pieceb rod. I cannot find a single example of one that has sold anywhere online. Does anybody have any idea of the value of a roof like this? I understand they were made in relatively small numbers. The person selling it afford me to make an offer and I don't want to offend him.
