Need some advice for workout

:snoo_tongue: Ask r/indianfitness :cat_blep:

Hi Indiafitness community,

I have been working out for over a month. Everything is going fine I can see very little progress, but sometimes when I do specific workouts specifically for back and chest, due to poor form my shoulder gets some damage(no injuries yet)

I am thinking of getting some guidance, in gym trainers do spot me or guide me but only if they are not busy with personal training (still they give me some pointers but not a lot, which I can understand). Also I don't feel confident doing workouts which use barbells and risky, unless I have someone to spot (like bench press using barbell or bent over rows) even if weight is low.

I am thinking of taking personal training for 1 or 2 months to learn proper exercises, posture, dos and don'ts and get a streamlined workout and then continue the workout without PT.

Is it a good strategy or should I try something else?

Please guide me

Thanks in advance.
