Theater showed the wrong movie

At first I thought for being the 30th anniversary they’d do a super fast recap of Death and Rebirth even though those movies are the recap. I looked around the theater to see if anyone else was confused but everyone was just watching it. I checked my ticket to make sure I bought the right movie. Then the guy next to me looks at his phone to do the same and I ask him. “Did you buy your ticket for EoE?” He said yeah. So I continued to watch

But then the title card showed Evangelion: Death.

Sat up and told the manager there was a mix up. Tbh I’m not that peeved because let’s face it, only Eva/anime fans would know the difference.

Sat back down in the theater while they stopped the movie and put on EoE. Finally achieving instrumentality
