Want release from project ASAP!!

Hello folks,

I have been hard locked on a project since March 30, 2026. I work on Azure and Databricks. (Only 3 months of experience in the project)

I am not feeling comfortable in the project as the work place is toxic and it is getting hard for me to understand the databricks things.

I asked the PMO and one of my colleagues so they said there is NO BOND or PERIOD to stay in the project, if you want, you can take the release.

I also heard that we can change our primary skill so I am thinking of changing it to POWER BI or something else

Please suggest to me what to do, shall I take the release from the project and stay on bench and go into the Azure Support project where work is balanced or change my primary skill? I CANNOT STAY IN THIS PROJECT AS MY MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH IS GETTING DETERIORATED 🙏
