Did I make the right decision?

My ex bf wants to have a 3some with me and his friend. His friend even drove 2 hours to come see me. my ex told me he would be really angry if I didn't do 3some. The problem is that I still love my ex, i want to get back together, and i wanna marry him someday. I said NO, they both started talking shit about me in their language and called me all kinds of slurs. And then I went home. Later that day, my ex blocked me because I didm't do the threesome. Did I make the right decision? I was hoping that declining the 3some would make him think I'm loyal and he will get back tg with me. Maybe this was some kind of loyalty test? Maybe he never loved me he was just using me. I'll never know and I'm wondering.
