Need help with next upgrade

Currently running the following setup solely for vinyl. My gut says speakers, but what would you all upgrade first and to what?

-Fluance rt82 turntable (stock)
-NAD C316BEE V2 amp
-PSB Alpha P5s

Room is a fairly long open skinny townhome kitchen and dining room that’s basically the whole floor.
