What happens when you stop reta and the appetite comes back?

New here and just trying to figure out how this works long term. is reta supposed to be a lifetime commitment sort of like trt, or do people actually stop taking it? what happens once you come of it and your appetite returns and the fat burning stops? Also i noticed a lot of people mix in low dose test with their reta. How do people deal with all of that wearing off at once when the hunger comes back?
