How to talk to live agent through Emma?

I tried multiple times, multiple days, different times of the day. After asking Emma for a live agent, it asks case+zip+phone number etc, then takes me to the "chat open" window and nothing ever happens even after hours.

How do you guys actually get connected to a live agent? What should I be doing? Need some information on my case.
